The author analyzed the validity of decisions made in the framework of the implementation of international environmental agreements as an example of the Kyoto Protocol and the Aarhus Convention. Conclusions formulated by the author's approach to determining the legal effect of such decisions, show the positive impact of decision-making practices within the provisions of international environmental agreements, as well as contain the problem of interaction between the bodies established under the agreements.
