Metabonomics has been recently applied to a variety of studies in the agrifood field, maily focused on adulteration identificacion and cultivar or geographical origin assessment. One-dimensional HR-NMR spectrum was acquired using a standard 1D pulse sequence (NOESYPRESAT) with water peak suppression.
