Deliverable D3.2 includes two parts: software and a report detailing both the specification and the pre- prototype version of software related to the output of WP3, Task 3.2 in ULOOP. This document represents the report part of deliverable D3.2 of the EU FP7 ICT project ULOOP (User-centric Wireless Local Loop, grant number 257418). This report is used to explain the specification of the ULOOP Resource Management (RM) Aspect and to provide details on the implementation status of each of function blocks in Resource Management.
