The bicorne uterus with a rudimentary non-communicating horn may be associated with gynecological and obstetric complications such as infertility, endometriosis, hematometra, urinary tract abnormalities, abortions, and preterm deliveries. Excision of the rudimentary horn should be done outside of pregnancy, with followup during pregnancy, looking for complications.
