要旨 2005 年 10 月より 2008 年 12 月までに上部尿路結石 21 例に対して Holmium:yttrium-aluminum-garnet (Ho:YAG) laser を用 いた経尿道的尿管結石砕石術 (transurethral ureterolithotripsy : TUL) を施行した.術後 2 週間および 12 週間後の成功率はそ れぞれ 86.5, 90.9% であった.術中合併症として尿管穿孔が 1 例 (4.7%) に認められた.Ho:YAG laser を用いた経尿道的尿 管結石砕石術は有効な治療法と考えられた. キーワード:Holmium:YAG laser,上部尿路結石,尿管結石,経尿道的尿管結石砕石術 Abstract From October 2005 to December 2008, transurethral ureterolithotripsy (TUL) with Holmium:yttrium-aluminumgarnet (Ho:YAG) laser was done for 21 patients.
