Recent evidence has suggested that allogeneic engraftment failure of purified hematopoietic stem cells (HSC) can be decreased by including a BM-derived CD8 ϩ /␣␤TCRfacilitating cell (FC) or CD8 ϩ /␣␤TCR ϩ T cell populations.
