Traffic accidents occur under the influence of various factors. The driver goes through a wide range of negative emotional states at the steering wheel. An important role in accident prevention is played by the individual characteristics of the driver. They often can't deal with their own negative emotions, apply physical force to express anger, and intimidate the other traffic participant. The study found that 47.5% of drivers had an average level of physical aggression and 52.5% a lower one.

... ggressive behavior in traffic may be conditioned by mixed personality tendencies with suspected pathological features, mainly - 80% with paranoid tendencies, 70% - unstable tendencies, 65% have depressive and hypochondriac states, 60% denote schizoid tendencies, and 55% shown impulsive and epileptoid tendencies. The study involves multi-aspect research of the pathological conditions of an extensive group of drivers in order to confirm the hypothesis.
