... o limited computational capability, limited manpower, budget constraint, or time constraint. Thus, it is important to construct and publish such fundamental language resources in order for the research community to make steady progress. We, Information Analysis Laboratory members, have constructed and published many fundamental language resources that are precise and have wide-coverage, some of which are difficult to construct for some organizations, with a large-scale high-performance computing environment, many researchers who are acquainted with natural language processing, and many richly-experienced linguistic data annotators. In this paper, we present fundamental language resources that we have constructed, including those that will be released in the near future. We do not present natural language processing tools that have described in 5-4 of this special issue.
