Primary central nervous system lymphomas (PCNSL) include 4% of all primary brain-tumors. It can involve the brain parenchyma, leptomeninges, eyes and the spinal cord. Unlike systemic lymphoma, durable remissions remain uncommon. Different combinations of chemotherapy and Methotrexate are the gold standard.
