... ocess the necessary information, documents of different instances of the Faculty were reviewed, executives were interviewed, professors were interviewed, and later on, group interviews were made to professors. Being concluded that the empiric information, used to make decisions, don't come from appropriately structured impact studies; there is lack of actions to give pursuit to the graduates; there are not enough projects directed to evaluate the impact of the formation, empiric knowledge on the evaluation of the impact of the professors formation, but dispersed, as much in the conceptual as in the procedural, in connection with what the impact is and what elements to evaluate; and that the evaluation has been defined and conceptualized in diverse ways, in accordance with the necessities, purposes or objectives of who carries out it.
