Sustaining a National Digital Location Platform in an African Country: The Case of Ghana

This paper employed a qualitative interpretive case study methodology and the dynamic capabilities theory to investigate how a national digital platform can be sustained within dynamic environment in a West African country context of Ghana. Findings from our study indicated that support from political leaders as well as formulation and integration of policies to enforce wide usage does not result in sustained growth of national digital platforms.
