The subject of this study is to determine the methods to be followed in teaching Arabic to foreigners. The study is limited to identifying and criticizing the current Arabic language course curricula in Turkey. In this study, a general evaluation of the Arabic teaching programs implemented in high schools and universities in Turkey will be made. As it is known, there is an Arabic teaching method that has been going on for centuries in madrasahs, which are religious schools in Turkey, and there is a list of books that must be taught, which are described as sequence books. These books and their contents, which were considered ideal in the Middle Ages, are unfortunately completely inadequate in attracting new generations and popularizing the Arabic language due to their lack of today's communication and technological opportunities and the advantages of visual and auditory informatics. In addition, it is seen that the Arabic teaching program applied in madrasahs, which are traditional religious schools in Turkey, is completely based on grammar and mostly based on grammar memorization, does not give much space to text translation and analysis, and lacks the practice of understanding and comprehending texts from simple to difficult. Therefore, it is noticed that the impossibility of learning Arabic has turned into a nightmare. As a result of the study, based on the example of the Arabic teaching programs implemented in Turkey, it was concluded that new, accurate and modern ways and methods should be put forward for teaching Arabic to foreigners without wasting time. Thanks to these methods and techniques that need to be developed, it has been pointed out that there is a great need for new studies, programs and methods of field experts in order to better teach Arabic, one of the most important global languages, and a new Arabic teaching model has been presented.
