... dy was conducted to examine the effectiveness of childcare teachers based on their resilience and organizational commitment while being faced with job stress. The participants of this study are six childcare teachers working in a daycare center. The results revealed that, childcare teachers experienced stress in their relationship with infants and young children, especially due to problematic behavior, difficulties in controlling, the burden of childcare services tailored to individual characteristics, and misunderstandings or conflicts that arise when parents distrust teachers. It was found that they had a hard time with the lack of social support and low human rights awareness. Therefore, it can be seen that stress management is very important for childcare teachers who play an important role in the positive emotional experience and sound growth and development of infancy and early childhood.
