Use of spiral computed tomographic angiography in monitoring abdominal aortic aneurysms after transfemoral endovascular repair

Transfemoral endovascular repair of abdominal aortic aneurysms has proved to be technically feasible in a selected group of patients. However, long-term efficacy has not been proved. Graft performance after implantation can be monitored by a single imaging technique: spiral computed tomographic angiography.
