Eccrine Porocarcinoma is a rare, slow growing malignant tumor of eccrine sweat gland. The most common site of this tumor is lower extremity. It is characterized histologically by anaplastic cells with eccrine ductal structures which may be adjacent to a benign eccrine poroma.
