In modern conditions of nonlinear social processes a valuable-semantic phenomenon is the spirit of wisdom of an ukrainstvo as strong-willed substance of a consensualism (adaptation, tolerance). Under these conditions it is considered it expedient to develop constructive model of system of geoinformation security. Thus the global thinking in beat of historical evolution of the world states is noted.
