We studied pulmonary hemodynamics and right ventricular diastolic function in 300 healthy children and 392 children with chronic bronchopulmonary pathology in an isometric exercise. Using echocardiography were determined systolic, diastolic, mean, pulmonary artery pressure, total pulmonary resistance, diastolic function of the right ventricle.
