Background: Total anomalous pulmonary venous connection with unilateral lung agenesis and Goldenhar syndrome is extremely rare and high mortality.Case presentation: We present a case of total anomalous pulmonary venous connection with unilateral lung agenesis and Goldenhar syndrome.
