The overall theme of this conference is 'A Fresh Look at "Fresh Start": the Human Dimension to Bankruptcy.' The Queensland University of Technology prides itself, rightly, on being a University for the real world. The topics, the subject of this conference, engage that notion in a very direct and contemporary way.
