Small鄄angle X鄄rayscattering(SAXS)isutilizedtostudytheorderingofAOT/waterlamellarphase.As increasingsurfactantconcentration,temperatureoraddingcosurfactantincertainrange,thearrangementofhydrocarbon chainswillchangefromsparsetodensewhichresultsinthestructuraltransformationoflamellarphasefrom"flexible" to"planar"bilayers.Thepossiblemechanismisproposedbasedonshapefactorandmolecularinteractions.Molecular simulationsarealsocarriedouttotestifytheobtainedresults.
