Distinguishing method of natural and artificial dose in the environmental radiation has been developed with using thermoluminescence dosimeters. A principle of new thermoluminescence dosimeter is to use a difference in the energy dependence of TL response for each phosphor. One of TL properties that a sensitivity ratio between two different kinds of TL phosphor is dependent on radiation energy is used.
