Distinguishing Method of Natural and Artificial Doses in Environmental Radiation by Thermoluminescence Dosimeters
Distinguishing method of natural and artificial dose in the environmental radiation has been developed with using thermoluminescence dosimeters. A principle of new thermoluminescence dosimeter is to use a difference in the energy dependence of TL response for each phosphor. One of TL properties that a sensitivity ratio between two different kinds of TL phosphor is dependent on radiation energy is used.
