The study aims at investigating the impact of organizational climate on the innovative behavior at Jordanian private Universities. To achieve the purposes of this study, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to 841 employees, of which 612 questionnaire were analyzed. The Statistical Package of Social Sciences (SPSS.15) was used to analyze the relevant data.
