Internal Structure, Invariance, and Rasch Analyses: A Work-Life Integration-Blurring Scale
The aim of the study was to develop a role blurring (RB) tool to measure work-life integration in different contexts. A final number of 19 items was examined. Psychometric properties in both Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese versions were analysed, comparing the invariance of the measure between the two countries, and setting the difficulty parameter of the items.
