Educational Digital Stories in 140 Characters: Towards a Typology of Micro-blog Storytelling in Academic Courses

This paper explores ways of integrating digital storytelling in university courses through one of the most popular social media application: microblogging. More specifically, the authors investigated the way stories in 140 characters associate with social networking facilities of this technology in terms of opportunities, challenges, advantages, limits and risks.
