Statistics of mortality is an apart of vital registration system. Registraction system ie. fertility, mortality, merriage and migration. Age spesific by cause of death and age spesifics death rate are key indicators of health status in population. Cause of data data is more effectif from mortality registration system. Every mortality in Metro City was recorded by cause of death in MCCD based on ICD 10. The source information to fill MCCD was medical record (mortality cases in health facility) and autopsi verbal questionnaire (mortality cases at home). Autopsy verbal was collected by nurses and paramedics then the doctors was resumed and cause of death code in MCCD. The analyses data was Underlying causes of death based on 1CD 10. There are 613 mortality in Metro City in 2007, included 9 still births. The place of mortality most at home (70%) and 30% only in health facility. The main cause of death in Metro City is stroke (25%). The mortality was rised by increasing of age. There are transition of epidemiology in Metro City, communicable diseases turn to non communicable diseases as cause of death.
