The association between Miller Fisher syndrome (MFS) and non-Hodgkin lymphoma is re-ported in a few cases in the current literature. We report a case of a patient known with Mycosis fungoides -cutaneous T cell lymphoma (CTCL) that developed, after 6 years of illness, a variant of Guillain Barré syndrome -Miller Fisher syndrome.
