Proactive Personality and Career Success : What's the Connection?
The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between proactive personality and career success. Data were gathered through questionnaire from a sample of technical employees (n = 180) who worked in MNC status companies located in the Northern States of Peninsular Malaysia. Results indicate that proactive personality was a significant factor in influencing career success.
