During pregnancy, a number of adaptive processes occur in a woman's body, covering many organs and systems. These physiological changes are aimed at ensuring an adequate course of the gestational period, growth and development of the fetus, as well as preparing the body for childbirth and lactation. The mother delivers all the necessary nutrients to the fetus and removes metabolic products, which causes an increased load on most organs and systems. The degree of this load changes during

Laboratory indicators of pregnant and non-pregnant women differ from each other, so it is very important to determine their "norms". Knowledge of indicators of the "norm of pregnancy" homeostasis and functions of all body systems is necessary for monitoring pregnant women, as well as effective prevention of various complications in the mother. Currently, there are no full-fledged sources for standards of metabolic indicators that assess the physiological state of pregnant women. Despite the existence of scattered data on changes in individual laboratory parameters during pregnancy, there is a need to generalize and Supplement them. The relevance of this work is also confirmed by the fact of frequent use of "norms" characteristic of non-pregnant women, which can lead to incorrect interpretation of the results. The purpose of this work is to investigate the physiological changes in different systems of the woman's body during pregnancy.
