Antimicrobial susceptibility of Mycoplasma bovis isolates from Bosnia and Herzegovina
The minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of enrofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, norfloxacin, gentamicin, spectinomycin, oxytetracycline, tylosin, florfenicol and tiamulin were determined against 24 Mycoplasma bovis isolates from cattle in Bosnia and Herzegovina using the microbroth dilution test. The lowest MIC values (≤0.03 μg/ml) were obtained for tiamulin, gentamicin and oxytetracycline. Spectinomycin and tylosin had the highest MIC values (≥128 μg/ml). Tiamulin had the lowest MIC 50 value
