We show how locations of primary and secondary users of spectrum can be characterized quantitatively using modern spatial statistics techniques. We argue that several interesting practical engineering applications can be based on these methods. In order to demonstrate the developed techniques, we will apply those to real-world data in particularly TV-transmitter locations in the USA.
