With the development of augmented reality technology, especially the advent of HOLOLENS launched by Microsoft, the equipment maintenance assistant system based on the augmented reality (AR) technology is becoming more mature and excellence. The system takes advantage of the interactive characteristics of AR to make the maintenance process of equipment become more intuitive, which can improve the maintenance efficiency significantly.
