Conventional computerized three-dirnensional reconstruction systems for Hlicroscopic anatomy have taken no account of the reuse and compatibility of various data, the control of Hlicroscope and the computer-net、 vork including the lnternet.In addition,there has been hardly any suitable reconstruction systern for complicated structures distributed over wide area,In that case,both lo、v and high magnified Hllcroscopic images are required to identify the structure. more » ... ionally on the kidney lesion of the spontaneous nephrotic mouse, 、ve have developed an integrated three一 dilnensional reconstruction system for morphological study in order to supplement the defects mentioned above. Our system provides a good graphical user-interface 、 vith NEXTSTEP and a comfortable operating environment, utilizing not only distributed processing by一 TCP/1P net、 vorking and server一 client systern,but also a huge-storage and high一speed retrieval device(LVR:Laserヽ 噴 deodisc Recorder)for full color images.
