Assessing Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Behaviour and Organizational Commitment in a Higher Learning Institution

Employees' commitment, in particular, the academics are crucial to the universities; as their commitment may be directed towards a number of entities, such as the work of teaching and research, to students' success, to specific programs or the universities as the organization. A low level of commitment tends to demonstrate negative work behaviours. The result shows that there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and leadership behaviour on organizational commitment.
