Risk of falls and Effect of a Health Education Program in Prevention of Falls among Elderly in Geriatric Homes in Cairo, Egypt

Population aging is a global challenge, the percent of older people in Egypt was 6.9% in 2015, projected to be 9.2% in 2021, and it is expected to reach 20.8% in 2050. This means that, around 20 million Egyptians will be categorized as elderly by that time (1) .
