373 by the occasional introduction of a catheter. He continued under treatment two months. Three years and a half ago he was unable to void his urine. An instrument was then introduced into his bladder, and passed occasionally for six months, when he could micturate in a very good stream. The stricture gradually returned, and twelve months ago he was as bad as ever.
