The use of factorial design for proliferation assay of hFOB cells on different TiO2 nanotube arrays
2011
Scientific Research and Essays
The ordered TiO 2 nanotubes on titanium substrate were fabricated by anodization. The nanotubes are well aligned and organized into uniform arrays. The effects of anodization voltage on the oxide layer of morphology were investigated. The average diameter pore size is 20 and 88 nm at 5 and 20 V, respectively. In surface wettability, these TiO 2 nanotubes showed hydrophilic behavior by sessile drop technique. In the cell responses, cell proliferation was increasing time with decreasing nanotube
