Pragmatic Meaning-based within the Encyclopedic Meaning Frame

Language items are neither limited to those expressions that merely form larger structures than themselves nor merely consist of the forms that imply specific concrete meanings, but they are rather borne with the personal thoughts, feelings, emotions, experiences, visions as well as the social and cultural traditions. more » ... reflect human's general cognitive capabilities rather than merely those capabilities related to the language itself. Within the Cognitive semantics context, the Cognitive Linguistics deals with the meanings from the perspective that the meanings have encyclopedic nature implying all the meaning types that have been recognized and classified by the previous doctrines. That is why; the Cognitive Linguistics does not admit the distinction between the semantic meaning and pragmatic meaning. From this perspective, this research which is titled 'Pragmatic Meaning-based within the Encyclopedic Meaning Frame' attempts to analyze the pragmatic meaning from the encyclopedic meaning angle within the context of the Cognitive Linguistics.
