Significant effect of mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR) therapy has been demonstrated on depression. Although MBSR are effective and highly valued, but all the patients do not shows interest due to extensive time and cost involvement. Brief interventions (e.g., body scans) may be used by individuals, at a lower cost and with little training to reduce the depression.
