The emergency service principle is Time Saving is Life Saving, primarily on the Priority 1 patients. The lack of nurse knowledge level about BLS is one of factors that can slowing down the midwife response time in treating patient of Priority 1 thus the risk of defect and death will be increasingly high. The purpose of this research was to know the correlation of midwife knowledge level about BLS and the emergency service response time on the Priority 1 patients at the Emergency Unit Acceptance
