McKay, Esq., near Longwood, Mass. The design is plain and square, but substantial and convenient, and is finished in a thorough manner. The underpinning is built of rock faced granite, laid up at random. The exterior frame work is sheathed and then covered with felt paper. The first story is clapboarded
