Robotic-Assisted Radical Cystectomy (RARC) operations have become popular today due to early discharge and minimal blood loss. Besides, complications can develop with the prolongation of the operation time. In our case, we detected subcutaneous emphysema, which developed intraoperatively in RARC operation.
