This study aimed to improve the student physical fitness of the Department of Sport Education, Faculty of Sports Science, State Universitas Negeri Padang, and to compare impact given by the circuit training method and the interval training method. This type of research was quasi-experiment given to student in sport education major who took part in the formation of physical condition course. The population in this study consisted of 41 persons.
