Measuring competition in microfinance markets: a new approach

This paper employs a relatively new method of competition measurement, the Boone indicator, in 10 vibrant microfinance markets: Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Indonesia, Philippines, Bolivia, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Mexico and Peru.
