In this paper we propose a system for the summarization of safety and security surveillance video. By combining the information provided by multiple analysis cues, we improve the quality of the information extracted out of the analyzed video sequences with respect to the state-of-the-art approaches, therefore, being able to generate summaries that better align with the content of the original video.
