SPECTRAL CHARACTERIZATION, HIRSHFELD SURFACE ANALYSES AND ANTIFUNGAL ACTIVITY OF TWO ISOMERIC HETEROCYCLIC COMPOUNDS CONTAINING QUINOXALINE AND OXAZOLIDINONE MOIETIES
2020
Two isomeric heterocyclic compounds containing quinoxaline and oxazolidinone moieties have been prepared through the reaction alkylation of 3-phenyl-quinoxalin-2-one by bis-dichloroethylamine hydrochloride under liquid-solid phase transfer catalysis conditions. Their structures have been characterized on the basis of spectral data (IR and NMR) confirming the results obtained by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Furthermore, the closest contacts between the active atoms of the compounds
