A steam actuated valve has been pat ented by Mr. John S. Bartlett, of Akron, O. This in ventIon covers a novel construction and combination of parts for a steam actuated slide valve for steam engines, in which there is a long hollow piston, working in a cy linder immediately over the top of the slide valve.
