This paper presents the system of precast concrete, pointing from a literature review their construction methods, their advantages and limitations. We conducted a case study focusing on analysis of the planning and execution of works that follow this system. Finally, it was a proposal of conduct to be followed by professionals and companies, in order to define a proper posture that seeks efficiency and quality for an enterprise.
