Mn & Fe doped ZnO thin films were prepared by lowcost spray pyrolysis method and the influence of co-dopants on the structural, morphological and optical properties has been studied. The X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that Mn & Fe codoping has a significant effect on crystalline quality, grain size, strain in thin films. SEM and XRD study showed that 3% Mn & Fe co-doped has the best crystalline quality. Also, the XRD study showed that deposited thin film has a polycrystalline wurtzite

Other optical parameters like absorption coefficient, transmittance, absorbance, and optical bandgap have also been determined. Obtained photoluminescence results showed that higher percent doping increases defects. Obtained results indicate that the thin films of Mn & Fe doped ZnO are a potential candidate for use in optical limiters and optical switching devices.
