The research investigated the influence of outward bound on adaptive education of college freshmen by selecting 4000 students from the 2015 th freshmen of Yangtze University randomly to subjective report the effect of outward bound. Results showed that the satisfaction rate of the indicators of psychological quality and satisfaction levels were all above 90%; the scores of males at the degree of confidence, understanding and satisfaction were significantly higher than that of females.
