The article describes and substantiates the characteristics of the professional mobility of primary school teachers in the system of postgraduate education as an aspect of teacher's personality development, analyzes various approaches to determining the key features of the definition of "mobility" in the studies of domestic and foreign scientists. On the basis of the analysis, the author states that the pedagogical aspects of the development of teachers' professional mobility in the modern educational process are insufficiently developed. In view of this, the application of the ways of its development in the organized educational process is proposed in unity with self-education of the individual, its internalization of socio-cultural and professional knowledge, the forming skills and abilities, the creative use of which contributes to the adaptation of subjects to changes in society and their internal transformation.
